About Me:
I was fortunate enough to grow up in Boulder, where my childhood consisted of early morning ski trips, and having unnecessary amounts of sunscreen applied to my face.
As much as I loved the Colorado lifestyle, I felt compelled to expand my horizons and left Boulder to attend Johns Hopkins University where I studied International Relations and Mandarin Chinese. A few days after graduation, I launched myself into something totally unfamiliar, moving to Shanghai to live and work in business.
As head of distribution and financial management for Asia and Latin America for CamelBak Products, I oversaw 38 countries, from Japan to Brazil. Eventually I was moved to Singapore to establish a regional hub there. It was interesting, but I pretty much lived on planes and in hotels. I yearned to live and work within a community and return to the beautiful place where I grew up. And this begins my journey into real estate.
My Mission:
In 2017 I moved back to Boulder where I was introduced to Osman and Sophie. The two of them sold me my home in Martin Acres. As a first-time homebuyer, I was shocked by how complicated the process is, and was astonished by the value that great agency provides.
I realized that my own experience in dynamic markets would offer me advantages that could bring value to individuals buying and selling real estate in my market. I started to follow the local market data and decided to transfer the experience I built in the corporate world to help people within my community make smart real estate decisions.
I have always believed in attaining a deep understanding of markets and using this analysis to add value. It’s been a pleasure to utilize market data to negotiate six figure discounts, secure multiple cash flowing investments, and craft successful offers in competitive areas. I’ve helped clients sell their homes for the best price the market will allow, over short timelines. I work closely with my clients and do my absolute best to guide and advocate for them throughout a complicated but ultimately rewarding process.
Buying and selling property is challenging, particularly in the booming Front Range. It would be a pleasure to help you with your real estate needs.
